BACKGROUND

Apadmi was founded in 2009 and has since gone on to become one of the leading mobile application development companies in the UK. Having worked with the likes of the BBC (iPlayer App), ITV (X-Factor App), NHS and Argos (MyArgos App), they are used to projects on the biggest scale.

Apadmi pride themselves on being at the forefront of technological development and aim to bring the new technology to their clients before others do. Currently some of the biggest areas are Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Alexa and Technical Due Diligence.

Red Cow began working with Apadmi back in 2016 and took over from a previous SEO agency who had failed to deliver any results. The first stage of any campaign is to evaluate the problems and fix them as soon as possible to deliver some results early on. The primary focus was ensuring the correct keywords were being chosen, rather than chasing ‘vanity’ keywords we targeted qualified keywords that would bring enquiries in.

Due to the success of the campaign in the first year, we were then also tasked with taking on some additional work which included retargeting and PPC. The aim being to both protect the Apadmi brand name from other companies bidding on it (via PPC) and to ensure we increase conversion rates further by implementing the retargeting campaign.

We have consistently delivered excellent results throughout the campaign and haven’t stopped pushing to increase the number of enquiries year on year time and time again, in fact in 2018 compared with 2017 we have increased enquiries more than in 2017 v 2016. Within SEO there is always room to improve further, there is always more opportunity to grow a site, target more services and deliver more traffic and enquiries.

At the end of 2018, comparing the entire year with 2017 we are 128% up on conversions from SEO and the conversion rate has increased by 149%.
